Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will define and lead the Talent and Learning strategy to support the company’s growth and performance ambitions.

 

At the head of a team dedicated to Talent Management and Learning & Development, you will design and roll out initiatives to attract, develop, engage and retain talent. You will work closely with business divisions, country/regional HR Directors, HR Business Partners and the Group’s governance bodies.

 

As the driving force behind a consistent and ambitious approach to skills development, you will ensure that Talent and Learning policies are aligned with the Group’s HR strategy, culture and values, within an international and multicultural environment.

 

Your role?

 

To define and implement the Talent & Learning strategy

  • Define the overall talent management strategy (identification, development, retention) in line with the Group’s business and HR strategy
  • Develop and roll out the Learning & Development policy on an international scale
  • Actively monitor best practices and market trends (new teaching methods, digital learning, future skills management)

 

Oversee talent and career management

  • Oversee talent management processes (staff appraisals, succession planning, mapping of key skills)
  • Oversee performance and potential assessment schemes
  • Support the identification and development of high-potential individuals and successors for key roles
  • Ensure the implementation of internal mobility and career development pathways across the Group

 

Develop the Learning & Development programme

  • Design and roll out a comprehensive training programme, aligned with strategic and operational needs (technical, managerial and leadership skills)
  • Lead the digitalisation of training systems (LMS, digital learning, blended learning)
  • Develop leadership and managerial development programmes
  • Measure the impact and ROI of training and development initiatives

 

Ensure management and governance

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to talent and training
  • Provide regular reporting to the Group HR Director and the Corporate Committee
  • Manage the budget allocated to the Talent and Learning function
  • Ensure that practices comply with local regulations and Group standards

 

Support the Group’s transformation

  • Support organisational transformations through tailored skills development programmes
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the Group
  • Contribute to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives linked to talent development
  • Ensure consistency in practices whilst respecting local specificities

 

Manage and develop your team

  • Supervise, lead and develop the Talent and Learning team (2 people)
  • Build a network of HR/Talent colleagues in the Group’s various countries, subsidiaries and regions

 

 

What are you looking for?

 

You are passionate about people development, supporting transformations and creating environments that foster sustainable performance.

 

You have:

  • A postgraduate qualification (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, Political Science, Business School or equivalent.
  • At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in HR roles, with recognised expertise in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development.
  • Proven experience in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A proven track record of managing and leading large-scale cross-functional projects.

 

You are proficient in:

  • People Review processes, succession planning and skills management.
  • Training methodologies and tools, including digital learning and LMS.
  • Budget management and the development of business cases.
  • Fluency in business English, which is essential in an international environment.
